I am a young female who just bought my first car this year. Being that the car was used and due to a string of bad luck, I brought my car into Concourse worried that it had multiple problems and maybe even serious electrical issues. I had lost all trust in this car, which made me stressed to the max. Randy at Concourse helped me in so many ways. He looked my car over, tested everything I was worried about, and fixed what needed to be fixed. He truly went above and beyond, calmed me down, restored my faith in my car making me feel safe in it again, and actually taught me at least three or four different things about both my car specifically and car ownership in general without ever making me feel stupid. Very efficient - detailed overview of car status

Concourse Auto serviced and inspected our 2009 Ford Escape in a timely manor. They also rotated the tires, which saves us a trip to the tire store. Always enjoy working with the friendly staff at Concourse.

We started using Concourse Automotive when we moved to Grapevine last year. My husband and I have had our fair share of vehicle problems in the last year and a half and they’ve always taken care of us. We recently moved not too far away but I decided to take my vehicle to a different service center closer to our home— I’ll just say the experience was no where close to the same. The people at concourse treat you like family and are always very thorough and efficient. We will always take our vehicles to them from now on!
