I’m so thankful to finally have a mechanic I can count on again! The sales guy at Auto Zone referred me to Concourse to service my older model car (it was making a horrid sound) - this was my first visit. I've been a customer for a few years now. Concourse has provided me with solid service along the way. On one occasion, they saved a long road trip by repairing my dead vehicle on a quick turnaround. The whole staff is easy to talk to and Jose in particular is great. When they fall short they do acknowledge and correct it or compensate in some other way. Meanwhile, they try to keep very good communication.

Tbh I haven’t even been here yet but I will in the future make a visit because I have listened to owner explain his sincere thoughts and care just for a customer and the care of their car. He is willing to go above and beyond for a customer without taking shortcuts and truly doing everything he can to fix a problem and a possible future problem. Because now a days a car is everything for someone; it is their way to make life work. I currently live 1hr and 45 minutes from his shop but I am willing to go so I can get the best and most honest service available.

Concourse always performs superior work. They’re not the low cost provider but they turn work around very quickly and keep you informed of the process. Worth the money! I wish they did rotate, balance and alignment too.

Went in for a state inspection and they tried to sign me up for an emissions test and then gave me a hard time and said I needed it even though my registration wasn’t requiring it. Do not trust this business.

https://www.dps.texas.gov/apps/rsd/vi/inspection/inspectionCriteria.aspx Please see above link. The State of Texas requires emission testing in Tarrant county for passenger cars ranging 2-24 years old. Your 2002 Toyota Sequoia falls into this category.
