Concourse always performs superior work. They’re not the low cost provider but they turn work around very quickly and keep you informed of the process. Worth the money! I wish they did rotate, balance and alignment too.

Went in for a state inspection and they tried to sign me up for an emissions test and then gave me a hard time and said I needed it even though my registration wasn’t requiring it. Do not trust this business.

https://www.dps.texas.gov/apps/rsd/vi/inspection/inspectionCriteria.aspx Please see above link. The State of Texas requires emission testing in Tarrant county for passenger cars ranging 2-24 years old. Your 2002 Toyota Sequoia falls into this category.

The staff was friendly and answered all our questions. They called us within an hour of dropping off our car and told us everything that needed to be done with a price. They had the repairs done quickly for the exact amount quoted. Will definitely use them again.

We take all our cars to Concourse and have for years! They are competent, reliable and HONEST! Have had several occasions where they have told me I dont need any repairs including the time I took the car for scheduled maintenance that had already been done. We trust them to do it right.

The Team at Concourse is spot on. Efficient, fast and very fair. They take care of what you came in for and let you know of other issues. If they are critical, they help. If not, come back whenever. All this to say, the shop will take care of you and look for the long term relationship, NOT the short term. Highly recommend them!
