Very accommodating, knowledgeable, transparent and friendly. Very last minute, on a Saturday evening, they fit us into their tight schedule bc we were in a time crunch. We took a used car there for inspection prior to purchasing it and hands down one of the best decisions ever!!! It saved us money and prevented a possible, future nightmare!!! This is my 3rd or 4th time bringing my car in for service with Concourse. I really appreciate their honesty about what services are actually necessary and excellent customer service. You can tell they aren’t just trying to take your money and they actually care about you as their customer. Their inspections are incredibly thorough and they even sent me home in a Lyft and sent a Lyft to pick me up when my car was ready. I would recommend them to anyone needing service in the Grapevine area.
