My Honda Odyssey broke down, and I brought it to Concourse last Wednesday right before noon. Brendan said he would run a diagnostic as soon as he could and assured me that he would call me with an update by Thursday. True to his words, he called on Thursday morning confirming that I needed a new alternator. He had already reached out to my warranty coverage company and told me most of the repair cost was covered. I only needed to pay a fraction more for the superior alternator part they were installing. I approved the work, and within hours, Concourse sent me a text saying the car is ready for pickup. It was the smoothest car repair experience ever! The time is took from drop off, diagnostic, quote, repair, to pickup- all in just over 24 hours! Highly recommend!!
