I've found Concourse Automotive in Grapevine, TX to be an excellent place to have vehicle maintenance and repairs performed. They do their best to get your automobile diagnosed quickly, stay on top of ordering parts, and also good communication. Their Customer Service personnel are also excellent in accomodating their customers. Everyone I've dealt with there has definitely gone above and beyond.

I came in to get my car’s wheel alignment fixed, and the experience was solid from start to finish. I dropped my car off with them, and they completed the work on time. The service was good, and the overall process was smooth. Communication was fair and transparent. They took the time to discuss the issue with me, explain what was going on, and answer my questions, which I really appreciated. The problem was important to me, and they handled it well. After the alignment was fixed, my car drove just as good as it did before the issue. Overall, I’m satisfied with the service and would recommend them.

I had a great experience at Concourse Automotive. Kay at the front desk was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful from the moment I walked in. Brendan took the time to thoroughly diagnose my vehicle, explain what was going on, and walk me through my options without any pressure. The quotes were reasonable and transparent, and I genuinely felt like they were being honest and looking out for my best interest. What stood out most was how much they seemed to carenot just about fixing my car, but about helping it run as well as it possibly can. Im very grateful for the staff here and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy local garage.

The receptionist was new, learning how to process and enter into the computer my emissions test. She was working hard to get it done while remaining pleasant and professional. She did GREAT! Quick test and I was done and on my way home. Great experience. I recommend them!
