They close at 5PM which makes it hard for me to pick up my car. Their time management appears to be poor. The staff has changed and the receptionist is not good with names and drove me nuts with idle chatter. For the service, It took two days for them to fill the freon in my AC and didn't find a leak. I have always liked this place however it's becoming hard to recommend.

Our team was actively working to locate a freon leak, which can sometimes be tricky and time-consuming — especially if it’s a slow or intermittent issue. We did attempt to reach you several times by phone for updates and approvals, but unfortunately couldn’t get in touch. That contributed to the delay in completing the service. As for our hours, we do close at 5PM, but we're happy to help arrange after-hours pickup with notice — just let us know in advance so we can accommodate.
