I went in for a simple oil change and emissions test/inspection. Little did I know it would cause a 'BARRAGE'.. of texts, emails and phone calls within the next TWO WEEKS!! Did I need additional service, a warranty, a checkup.. what else? A physical, an eye test, an enema? WTH is up with this place? Are y'all hard up for business, or what??? Finally, I decided to call them today to PLEASE request that they NOT contact me anymore via any method of correspondence. Otherwise, I would need to change my contact information, e.g. phone number. And... lo and behold, two hours later, I received a phone call from 'Heather' requesting a call back if I needed any additional service from Concourse! Now, is that being 'Helpful' or being 'Harassed'??? Look it up! 🤔
