My BMW had indicated a brake pads issue. I went to BMW dealership and they said to replace all pads without checking the car. Then I called and went to different places and the same experience except I was told that “from their experience the front pads need to be replaced”… I ended up calling and coming here. Brandon was very professional and patient with me and my frustration. He offered to check the car, find out what issues with brakes were and then to provide a solution. Actually, after checking the car he informed that the rare break pads were in bad shape and he provided the price and best solution - replacing the brake pads and rotors. He explained “why”. I trusted him and the experience here was so good that I decided to stay with them even I was offered less pricing in other place. Brakes, tires are important parts that need very professional attention. And I felt these guys could deliver it. Kay at the front desk was also very friendly and welcoming. I appreciate the transportation service they offered to drive me home and pick me up.. This is the level of service that is missed in many other places. This is the level of service that makes this business stand out. Thank you Brandon and team! I am so happy that i decided to call and visit your place.

I live in Michigan and had to find a good Auto repair service that wouldn't take advantage of my 80 year old Mother who was having problems with her car who lives in Grand Prairie, Texas. After much research I found Concourse Auto repair that is near her home that had rave reviews. I spoke with Brad who recommended a diagnosis on the car to pin point the issue. When speaking with him afterwards, he found that it needed spark plugs and coil wire replacements and a throttle body replacement that coincided with my research on the possible issues. The job was done and my mother told me it runs like new. She 's very happy, and that was Brad's and my goal. My Mom told me from here on out Brad and Concourse Auto repair is where she will go. I had a broken bushing on my transmission linkage and I knew what it needed but they performed a truck evaluation that cost $175 just tell me what needs attention and the bushing was a $20 dollar part. Total $360!!!

Great service as always. Went in with steering wheel shake while braking and left with car driving smoother than ever. They also gave an honest take on the ability to wait on back axle service instead of selling us on doing both axles unnecessarily. I always leave Concourse feeling taken care of it and served with integrity.

Expensive and very poor communication. Small local shop that lacks tooling, training, and service to compete in today's market. You can charge those prices, but you need to invest in training and tooling. Leadership/Management had a chance to save the day, but ultimately lost a customer with 5 cars for good.
