I am a young female who just bought my first car this year. Being that the car was used and due to a string of bad luck, I brought my car into Concourse worried that it had multiple problems and maybe even serious electrical issues. I had lost all trust in this car, which made me stressed to the max. Randy at Concourse helped me in so many ways. He looked my car over, tested everything I was worried about, and fixed what needed to be fixed. He truly went above and beyond, calmed me down, restored my faith in my car making me feel safe in it again, and actually taught me at least three or four different things about both my car specifically and car ownership in general without ever making me feel stupid. It is such a relief to know there is local mechanic I can truly trust and rely on.
