Concourse and I have done business for over 20 years and I still get great service

We were comming home from Dallas when our 2014 Ram lost power. We had it towed to this shop on a Sunday, nice to have a place to park it. On Monday the spoke with shop and explained what happened and about an hour later they called back stating "you lost a cylinder and we need to replace the engine". I was informed that this would cost $12,000 on the low end and about $15,000 on the high end. Informed then that I need to make arrangements and he offered financing option, was nice, and stated to let him know. Decided to tow back home,150 miles, and have our local mechanic (299 Automotive) look at it. Dropped it off Thursday night and Monday he call stating he fixed it for under $600.00, broken #8 valve spring. (Shop was nice and helped me load the truck on the trailer).
