As a female it’s hard to trust mechanics because they assume you don’t know anything about your car. Excellent service and response. they diagnosed the problem quickly and charges were reasonable.

Oddly, they didn’t work on my car. It was making a funny noise so I took it to Concourse to check out the problem. They discovered that the radiator fan was out of balance and suggested I take it to Infiniti because it might be covered under warranty. It was! I have used Concourse in the past and their service is fabulous but this time, the five stars is for their honesty!

As always the folks at Concourse Automotive came through for me when I need their help. At my last visit there, they resolved my issues quickly and with no b.s. They are always my go to auto repair shop.

Its hard to trust people. Mechanics are known to be dishonest. I find these people are very professional, honest, and fair pricing. I had no surprises. Before they started, I got an e-mail that had all the things they checked. With pictures showing my personal vehicle. The work that needed to be done, with a written estimate. Im not a mechanic. But it was easy to show my wife the parts on our truck that needed to be replace. I love the ideal that they took the time and effort to take pictures of the truck problems...showed in detail where the problem was. I could see it with my own eyes.
