I recently went in for my safety emissions update and their internet went down when I was ready to pay with a credit card. Because who knows how long it was going to spin, they suggested I come back and pay later but surprisingly I had the cash minus $1 so they happily took that and made up the difference. This is how honest and trusting Concourse is to work with. They are pleasant people and the waiting room is spacious and frankly quite peaceful. And it's not like I've been a long time customer. I may have only been in there once before. But will return no doubt. Thank you.
