Grapevine Auto Repair

I asked them to look at my ball joints on my Jeep and after inspection they said they were worn but not bad enough to be replaced yet, but keep an eye on them. I appreciate their honesty but opted to have them replaced anyway.. I assume the price was fair because I have been using them for many years and they have never STEERED me wrong so I don't shop around. They put 2 men on it and got it done for me quickly. I won't every use anyone else. Thanks Jack and Eric and the others for a job well done and being honest with you opinion.

I called Concourse in the morning and described the problem I was having. They told me to bring my vehicle in and that they'd fit me in the same day. They got back to me within a few hours. It was very minor. They didn't do any unnecessary repairs and got me going again quickly and at a very reasonable cost. In a world where it's hard to trust sometimes - Concourse gives me confidence that they'll do a fair and honest repair.
