I had 3 service needs and they were taken care of in a timely manner. I thought one issue was an alignment issue, but it was actually a tire issue. This is one of the reasons I am still a customer for over 30 years. They find out what is really wrong and fix that, with no unneeded work or expense.

Came in for a general check up and state inspection; as always super nice guys. I had to wait and though the waiting area has changed because of new safety requirements, it was clean and neat. I think they are a great Grapevine business.

I had a warning light to come a few days before a scheduled long trip. I called Sean and he said bring it ASAP. I did and they were able to diagnose and fix my problem and the price was very reasonable. They have repaired my other vehicle too. They are an honest repair shop.

Love this place, known the owners through my first vehicle to today. They have always been honest and helped me though any issues that I may be having. Especially after this last time going to the dealership for a routine maintenance and being told that my brakes were failing and needed to replace front and back.. only 700 dollars.. went straight to concourse were they quickly looked my vehicle over and told me the truth. I live in dallas and will continue to drive to Grapevine for their service.

After replacing the spark plugs in the truck and having driven enough miles to calculate the improvement. My truck went form 18.1 MPG to 18.6 MPG. So, given my truck holds 40 gallons, That equates to 1/2 mile per gallon improvement or 20 miles more per tank load. That comes to 1040 more miles per year regardless of price off gas or a savings of 55.91 gallons in a year. Given I will change my plugs every 6 years, that means I should save 335.46 Gallons.(at the same miles driven per year). Concourse always does a great job and having your car/truck serviced does pay off. Thanks guys. Mike
