Great service

Called same day for preparation for a road trip. Eric was, as always, kind and friendly. He got us in and service was very prompt. Made recommendations for upcoming service but did not pressure in any way to get recommendations done that day. Concourse is always honest and treat you like family!

I asked them to look at my ball joints on my Jeep and after inspection they said they were worn but not bad enough to be replaced yet, but keep an eye on them. I appreciate their honesty but opted to have them replaced anyway.. I assume the price was fair because I have been using them for many years and they have never STEERED me wrong so I don't shop around. They put 2 men on it and got it done for me quickly. I won't every use anyone else. Thanks Jack and Eric and the others for a job well done and being honest with you opinion.
