I have a 2007 Chrysler 300 touring automobile with over 215,000 miles. Concourse does takes care of all the maintenance it requires and it is still running like a brand new one. However, the fan that sits directly in front of the radiator shattered punching a hole in the radiator. Once the antifreeze leaked out, my engine quickly overheated in the above 90 degree F. temperature. I shut down the engine and called Concourse Auto. I spoke with Eric and I asked him if he had a towing service he could recommend. He said to call Ed's Towing. Ed's Towing was there to take my car back to Concourse Auto within a half hour. Within 24 hours Concourse Auto got the necessary parts and had me back on the road. Thankfully, I did not damage the engine and my Chrysler is running beautifully once more.
