They are always professional, thorough, and honest. They don't try to pressure you into fixing anything that is not necessary. This last time, I had a whole list of things I thought were needing to be done and they only recommended the main thing that I brought it in for. Everything else was not needing attention. One time I brought my truck in because of an engine light. They hooked it up to the diagnostic device and determined that is was due to a faulty seal on the gas cap.
