Brought our 2008 Jeep Wrangler in for new brake pads, and if necessary, new rotors. Had been advised by another shop that they were both in need of replacement. Concourse got it up on the lift, inspected it, and advised that while showing wear, they were still well within safety limits, saving us hundreds of dollars of unnecessary repairs. From the beginning when I made my appointment for service, through the check-in process today, and finally with the end result, it is evident that these folks are true professionals. Clean, inviting surroundings, friendly, efficient, competent and fair - these folks are running a top tier automotive service center. Engaged their services to perform a brake pad and rotor service on our Jeep that had been recommended to be done by another shop. After inspection, they advised me that the brake system was in good order, with no service required. Obviously, this saved us several hundred dollars in needless repairs. Super people - friendly, competent, efficient, and honest - all within a service facility that is comfortable and inviting. Great people - we’re making Concourse Automotive our go-to for our future automotive service needs!

Eric was great helping me figure out my A/C vent problem. Checking the freon and cooling of the A/C . No problem no charge ! Very nice people. I will be going back to them for car needs in the future. Phil
