We asked for service with a drained battery issue. Without battery charging emergency light problem ! Simple battery replacement could fix it. Unfortunately Audi needs computer teaching for new batteries. They took our car back and after 2 mins they diagnosed that the alternator is dead. (The guy who drove it he was so grubby - greasy, sweaty that I wouldn’t have let him sit in our car) We assumed that it caused the drained battery. No charging = drained battery They called us with a $1500 price for the repair that we ordered. Alternator and belt change. When we got there it turned out it will cost us $2000 because they replaced the battery as well and some extra. I complained and they have been arrogant and negligent. I highly recommend NON to go there ever. The invoice was not detailed enough of course.
Hi Zsuzsanna Havas, I’m sorry to hear about your recent experience with us. This is not the level of service we aim to provide, and I apologize for any inconvenience you faced. Regarding the battery issue, Audi vehicles often require specialized procedures, including computer programming, for new batteries. Our initial diagnosis indicated an alternator problem, which we addressed along with the necessary belt change. We regret if there was any miscommunication about the additional costs for the battery replacement. We take pride in maintaining a professional and clean environment, and I'm sorry if the appearance of our technician caused any discomfort. I’ll address this concern with our team immediately. I understand the frustration with the unexpected costs and the lack of detail on the invoice. We are committed to transparency, and I apologize if we fell short. Please contact me directly at 817-488-5116 so we can discuss your concerns further and find a way to make things right. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We value your feedback and hope to resolve this issue to your satisfaction. Best regards, Vince Taylor Concourse Automotive 817-488-5116
