Concourse Automotive's been a great location to get my truck serviced at. The service is polite, professional, and friendly. They always walk me through the costs before starting any repairs, so I know what I'll be paying for.

The entire staff is professional and prompt to meeting and/or exceeding a customer's automotive service needs. Jose their mechanic is one of the best I've encountered. He is very imformative and keeps you posted and updated throughout your visit (if waiting for your automobile) while its in the shop. I take all of my (4) vehicles there for all our service needs. I trust them with all of the work they provide.

Called beforehand to schedule diagnosis- informed it wouldn’t cost anything. Scheduled appointment & service team was unable to diagnose my car so had to reschedule the following day to be told my car has been in an accident (it has not and ball joints are squeaking) and charged me $52 to diagnose. When no one informed us at drop off of the service fee and different from what I was originally informed. Also left grease stains in my car. 0/5 do not recommend - poor customer service
