Called beforehand to schedule diagnosis- informed it wouldn’t cost anything. Scheduled appointment & service team was unable to diagnose my car so had to reschedule the following day to be told my car has been in an accident (it has not and ball joints are squeaking) and charged me $52 to diagnose. When no one informed us at drop off of the service fee and different from what I was originally informed. Also left grease stains in my car. 0/5 do not recommend - poor customer service
