Services at Concourse were again excellent. The customer service I received inside was friendly and informative. The service work to my vehicle was done as requested and in a timely fashion. The price was very fair, even for the additional diagnostic work that was completed.I continue to greatly appreciate the straight talk I receive from Jan, Jack, Megan, and their terrific Technicians. We all wish we didn't have to face regular or unexpected repairs, but they always give me a clear picture of what needs to be done (and what doesn't) so I can make an informed decision.
