As usual things were done in a timely manner. They found a potential problem that may have saved me a roadside breakdown not to mention lowering my road noise. I have been going to Concourse essentially from when they opened well over 20 years ago and will continue to go there.
Concourse has been consistent with good advise and repairs over the last 7 or so years. Their reliability is what keeps us going back.

I am always suspect about trying a new service provider; more often disappointed than impressed. Concourse Auto came highly recommended so the bar was already set high. They were flexible, polite and pleasant by phone when we made the appointment. As requested, Jack provided a detailed assessment of the issues before performing any work, and in fact recommended we delay some of the more expensive work I had initially called about. The work was completed on-time, and the car was ready for me when I arrived. I'm not hoping any of my cars break down any time soon, but when they do I know just the place to take them. I'm delighted to have found Jack and the rest of the team at Concourse.
