I was delighted that you were able to get me in for an oil change quickly. They mentioned that they had trouble with the oil filter on the car, location, etc. The dealership must have a method to handle that. I had several oil spots in the driveway and the garage after your work. I'm not sure why but I had never noticed it prior. Might be something to look into.Thanks!

They have always worked to accommodate the service requests that I have. Having an older car that I need to function but not with top of the line parts is important to my budget. Concourse is a top tier service company that works to provide the best service according to the customer's needs. I highly recommend them.
