The reason I use Concourse Auto Service Center is that I trust them. If they can't find a solution to the problem, they don't charge me. Unlike other car repair shops in the area, they don't find hundreds or thousands of dollars worth of "necessary" repairs that I was not in the shop for.

I needed to get a past due state inspection done on my car. I could not find my insurance card and the mechanics graciously waited while I contacted my insurance agent to confirm my insurance by FAX. The car was inspected quickly and I was on my way. They are always kind and courteous and I appreciate that.
