Great as always. We would not consider going anywhere else for service on our vehicles. We recently recieved warranty service because a manufacturers part had failed. Concourse keeps up with previous repairs and let us know that.

Very timely repair and the price was as quoted. I recommend Concourse to anyone and have personally used them for > 10 years.

The staff is very courteous and professional. They also seem to really know what they are talking about. Prices are reasonable, and the timeframe needed to do tests and services is reasonable as well. Most importantly, the manager seems to have a lot of integrity, as he does not seem to try and sell repairs or services you don't truly need, unless you just want them of course. I will be using them in the future.

This place is great! They are honest friendly and trust them with all of my cars!It is hard to trust someone with you car because sometimes you have to believe what they tell you about car repairs. I believe in them and the service has been fantastic.I highly recommend this center.

I have been a customer of Concourse for as long as I can remember. The reason is because of absolute trust in what I'm told needs to be done to take care of my vehicles. I never feel like being "sold" anything that isn't necessary. Jack and Jan run a top-notch, customer service oriented, business. My business is in Grapevine and when I need my vehicle picked up at the office due to being unable to drop it off at Concourse, they never hesitate to ask if they can come get it for me. We took my wife's PT Cruiser to Concourse Auto Service with an overheating problem. Jack ordered tests to be done to determine if the vehicle was worth the cost of repairing it. It was determined the repairs were more than the vehicles worth and Jack was upfront about this. Instead of repairing the vehicle for 1500.00, he told is it wasn't worth it so we didn't waste our money. This was pretty cool and not something all mechanics would do. As a side note, when we dropped the vehicle off, there was a woman sitting int he lobby waiting for her car that she had brought from quite a way just to have Jack take care of her car. I think this was the best testimonial.We will take our cars to Jack in the future because of his apparent honesty and concern for his customers.I forgot to mention, he knocked off more than half of the price of the tests that we were expecting to pay when we picked the car up.Chris H Grapevine Texas

Our Expedition had a mysterious water leak midway from the passenger door.Concourse correctly diagnosed the problem as a disconnected water line from the washer system and re-attached the line. This was a weird issue to diagnose and the people at Concourse were (and are) great!I highly recommend them for ALL of your car repair needs!
