Jack & Jan do an excellent job. I brought two different vehicles in the same day, got them both back the same day. The jobs were done right and the price was fair. Especially on the first one. My truck had a bolt loose on the shifter and they charged me nothing. Of course Jan made it up on the second one, after all they have to stay on business. :-)Highly recommend this shop to everyone we meet.

The folks are friendly. They call and give a quote before doing the work. They provide recommendations and suggest alternatives with cost in mind. In a world of car repair places with questionable ethics, I feel good about to Concourse. I think they are among the few places I know that want long term client relationships over making a quick buck.

Excellent service and nice waiting room with WiFi. They were able to look at my vehicle with short notice. They explained in an easy to understand way the problem with my vehicle and it is always a enjoyable experience to go there!
