Everything was excellent! I drive in from Tyler to have my work done here because I trust them!

Best auto service center around!! Very courteous and take great pride in their workmanship. Took my son's car in to be checked before moving out of state. They did a thorough check of the car and found that it needed a water pump. They found out that it was still under warranty with the manufacturer. They told me once the dealer repaired the car to bring it back to them to make sure everything was completed and done correctly. Took my car back to Concourse after the dealer repair. Found that during the installation of the water pump the dealer had broken something in the process of installing the water pump and did not repair it. I would have never known that the dealer had not completed repairs if Concourse had not offered to look at the car after the water pump repair.Thank you again Concourse Automotive!!

I can always trust Concourse to give me an honest answer on what needs to be done. Plus, I am confident it's done right, or they will make it right. I've been doing business with them for over 15 years-there's a very good reason for that!!

Jack & Jan do an excellent job. I brought two different vehicles in the same day, got them both back the same day. The jobs were done right and the price was fair. Especially on the first one. My truck had a bolt loose on the shifter and they charged me nothing. Of course Jan made it up on the second one, after all they have to stay on business. :-)Highly recommend this shop to everyone we meet.

I have been been very happy with the service at Concourse - I've been going there for my scheduled maintenance work . I like that they are ASE certified and feel that they provide honest and trustworthy service.
