I was of course disappointed that you could not find my electrical problemI especially enjoy the warning up front that this is a possibility.Great people to work with.

Overall very good. Only reason it was not 5 stars was the extra challenges that arose from having my vehicle sit for a couple of days before you could take a look at it (due to issues from the weather).

I continue to be delighted with Concourse. I take 5 different vehicles there, and trust them completely. They are honest, and personable, and discuss options with me, especially for multiple or major repairs. Their waiting room is comfortable, with WiFi, and their staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Their techs are very skilled. They always let me know if repairs could exceed their original estimate, and give me the option of whether to proceed. I may find someone who can a do a single repair for less, but I believe I save money over the long haul because things are only done when needed, done right, and for a fair price. I wish every business operated this way.
