Very competent, fair service and nice and friendly atmosphere

I really like Concourse Auto service. Every time I've taken either of my cars there, they have been very upfront and honest about the work needed to be done on them. Their waiting room is very comfortable and has wifi. Their staff is very professional, knowledgeable and friendly.

Where do I start? We have been going to Concourse for probably about 18 years with all of our cars & pickups over those years and have never been disappointed. The ideal alternative to dealership service. We are long time customers of Concourse Automotive and will continue to be. Our family need only call Concourse for most repairs. We have recommended Concourse to our friends and we hear back from them that they have become return customers as well.

I have used Concourse for 15+ years & been very pleased every time. The management is great and looks out for what is best for me as an owner, not how to get the most $ out of my wallet. They are timely in their service and I haven't ever had an issue after service.

I've taken several cars to Concourse Automotive for work and it has always been done in a timely manner for the price quoted. I have taken several used cars to them to have them checked out before purchase. They have told me to "Run Away" from a few lemons & have told me some were good buys! They've saved me a lot of money over the years!

I have known Jack for over thirty years. I truly believe he looks after my vehicles as if they were his own. I trust his judgment regarding repair work explicitly and consequently, getting 200,000 miles and more is common place on my vehicles. His prices and staff are the best around.
