Fast and friendly. I was just having an inspection but I overheard the owner explaining details to another customer of what his car needed and was delighted to hear him give conservative options rather than the normal hi cost, most profit scenario.I will be back !!

Very helpful service of my high-mileage 2003 suburban. We needed to get it road ready for our son to go on a trip at Spring Break with some friends. Service was quick and we talked through the things that really needed to be done vs. borderline (we will not be keeping this car much longer). Over a longer period of time with a mechanic, you will hopefully run into opportunities for them to tell you what you do NOT need done, and those are the times when trust gets built. Jack thought that I would need hoses (based on age of vehicle and original hoses) but on inspecting them he backed off of that. I appreciate that and have confidence that I spent money on only what was truly needed.
