We have been customers of Concourse Auto Service Center for many years. The quality of service and the integrity of personnel are exemplary. We highly recommend Concourse for everything from oil changes and inspections to major repairs! Have had nothing but exemplary service! I have NEVER felt taken advantage of, and always felt they go the extra mile. I am a women as well, they always take the time to explain things in terms I can understand.

I trust these folks. They have done lots of little work for us, and a few major jobs too (including an engine replacement). I've always had great quality service with good communication and quick completion. They'll tell you what they'd do if it was their car. Highly recommended!

Love working with Concourse!! As a matter of fact, I am looking for a new (used) car and asked them about their experience with Lexus vs. Mercedes in maintenance. Jan told me they don't work on Mercedes, so I won't even consider Mercedes now as I so trust working with Concourse!

Concourse is honest and reliable. They are thorough, and they have always accurately diagnosed my car problems. They are quick and communicate well throughout the process. They are friendly and explain things for even those who do not understand cars.

Service is good and their prices are fair but more important that that is they are honest in their evaluation of what your car needs and the related timing. I have never felt they were trying to sell me services I didn't need.

Wow! Thought I needed an expensive repair, they ordered the part, then told me that I didn't need the repair at all! How honest of them, I would never have known the difference----they are my new mechanics for life!

Great customer service and our car was fixed in a timely matter. Opening early is a great help for working families.
