Great service and took care of everything I asked.

It was mid-afternoon on a Friday and I did not call for an appointment for an oil change and state inspection. I wasn't sure if they could fit me in and there were a few customers ahead of me but Concourse was able to complete the work with a short wait time. As always the Concourse Team did a wonderful job of explaining to me what work was completed, what issues we'll need to keep an eye on for the make and model of my car and did it all in a very courteous and friendly manner.

I trust these folks. They have done lots of little work for us, and a few major jobs too (including an engine replacement). I've always had great quality service with good communication and quick completion. They'll tell you what they'd do if it was their car. Highly recommended!

I have NEVER felt taken advantage of, and always felt they go the extra mile. I am a women as well, they always take the time to explain things in terms I can understand.

Great experience. Explained work needed after examination of car. Sent detailed email of recommended work and estimate of cost. Work completed timely. Pick up and drop off were very convenient

Love working with Concourse!! As a matter of fact, I am looking for a new (used) car and asked them about their experience with Lexus vs. Mercedes in maintenance. Jan told me they don't work on Mercedes, so I won't even consider Mercedes now as I so trust working with Concourse!

Concourse is honest and reliable. They are thorough, and they have always accurately diagnosed my car problems. They are quick and communicate well throughout the process. They are friendly and explain things for even those who do not understand cars.
