I have always had a great experience at Concourse. We have been customers since the mid-1990's. Concourse has taken care of our Ford minivan, our two Ford Explorers, a Chevy Corvette, a Dodge Grand Caravan minivan, and a Ford Escort. Every repair experience has been the way it should be: polite, attentive, plenty of follow-up, prompt notification if the problem was different than we thought, and finished at the agreed time. Jack, Jan, and their staff are genuinely good people, trying their best to do what is right, and for a reasonable price.

Have always gone around town for quotes. Now I go straight to Concourse for all my family's repairs. Their pricing is fair (and usually lower), the job is done right and on time....every time!

We have been coming to Concourse Auto for over 13 years and have always excellent care for our cars. They arevery genuine and always look out for the customer. I always know that I am treated more than fare and I know I never have to question their integrity. They go above and beyond the expectations for us, all the time. Very honest. Told us several things that may need to be done which would be very expensive. But recommended that only a couple of those items where necessary to replace to get the car running. Told us to drive it for a couple of weeks and see if the other items needed to be done. So ,initially they saved us a lot of money be not having to do things that may not actually be needed.Waiting room was very clean. They were very patient in explaining things to my understanding and answering all my questions.Would highly recommend them.

As usual everything was handled very professionally. The employee's are courteous and knowledgeable and very helpful. The work was completed as promised. Definitely will return for future service.
