My latest transaction with Concourse involved air conditioning repair, repairing two automatic windows, and a door handle. I got a comparative price from a Carrollton repair shop, but Concourse made the same diagnosis and did the work on all these items for roughly $400 less than the Carrollton shop had quoted. And everything they did works perfectly. That is why for major auto repairs, I choose to drive thirty minutes from Carrollton to Grapevine. It's worth the extra time and distance.

I've known Jack and Jan for a long time and they continue with the same quality of service that they have provided for many years. Up front counter friendliness is a plus. You can shop around for a better price but you can't shop around for quality workmanship which makes Concourse in my opinion a no brainer for price and quality workmanship.

I moved 2 hours away and still drive back to have my vehicles worked on. They are very honest. If it isn't broke or time to replace something they will tell you. I take my car in prior to vacations and have never had any problems on a trip. I have recommended them to family and friends and they are still repeat customers. Concourse has taken care of our Ford minivan, our two Ford Explorers, a Chevy Corvette, a Dodge Grand Caravan minivan, and a Ford Escort. Every repair experience has been the way it should be: polite, attentive, plenty of follow-up, prompt notification if the problem was different than we thought, and finished at the agreed time. Jack, Jan, and their staff are genuinely good people, trying their best to do what is right, and for a reasonable price.
