My latest transaction with Concourse involved air conditioning repair, repairing two automatic windows, and a door handle. I got a comparative price from a Carrollton repair shop, but Concourse made the same diagnosis and did the work on all these items for roughly $400 less than the Carrollton shop had quoted. And everything they did works perfectly. That is why for major auto repairs, I choose to drive thirty minutes from Carrollton to Grapevine. It's worth the extra time and distance.

I've known Jack and Jan for a long time and they continue with the same quality of service that they have provided for many years. Up front counter friendliness is a plus. You can shop around for a better price but you can't shop around for quality workmanship which makes Concourse in my opinion a no brainer for price and quality workmanship.

I moved 2 hours away and still drive back to have my vehicles worked on. They are very honest. If it isn't broke or time to replace something they will tell you. I take my car in prior to vacations and have never had any problems on a trip. I have recommended them to family and friends and they are still repeat customers.
