It's a given that they need to be competent mechanically (and they are), but what sets them apart is that they are honest and trustworthy. Jack, Jan and their team will always tell me if something needs to be truly fixed or if it can wait. They have saved me hundreds of dollars by not recommending unneeded repairs.
