You can't go wrong with Jack and Jan. First a call to Jack to tell him what the problem is. He helped solve it, or at least get me back on the road to get the car to him, avoiding a costly tow charge. Then, once in the shop, Jack educates you to what the problem is, what needs to be done, how much it will cost, and he keeps an eye out for you. I've said this before, but I trust Jack and Jan, which is something I don't often say about any car people -- and Jack knows I'm terrible with cars. He could take advantage of me, like some mechanics do, but he educates and he's fair.

We had taken the car to several repair shops and the dealership and they could not diagnose the problem. Concourse solved the problem very quickly. Very happy.

I've brought vehicles to Concourse for a long time. They earned my trust years ago when I brought one of my vehicles in thinking it was going to need a major repair and they called me back to tell me that it was something very simple with very little cost. Too many companies would have taken advantage of that situation and simply done the major repair but their honesty has earned my long term business.

What I appreciate most about Concourse is the honest assessment of the work that needs to be done. I had called the dealer to get a quote for the major scheduled maintenance on my Honda Accord. Their price was significantly higher, and they didn't discuss each item on the scheduled maintenance chart to explain whether it was actually needed. They just wanted to do everything. I have always been happy with the quality of work, accuracy of the initial estimate and the timeliness of work completion. That is why I will continue to bring all three of my cars to Concourse for maintenance and repair.

I have total trust in the mechanics at Concourse and refer them to others at any opportunity. Thank you for keeping my car running :-)
