we have always had the best service with all our cars, they don't do anything the vehicle doesn't need. You will get a phone call explaining what they find, cost and options.

The car's wiring harness was destroyed by rodents for the second time in two weeks (as predicted by Jack after it was chewed up the first time), and the electrical genius at Concourse was able to repair the damage the same afternoon I brought the car in. I wish getting rid of the rodents was as simple.

Always glad to have Concourse's feedback whenever I have car issues.
