Got a quote over the phone for a service. That quote was honored at time of service. Extremely friendly staff, I have already told friends of mine “I found a GOOD MECHANIC” Will definitely continue using Concourse as my mechanic and telling friends about them!

The front office lady and manager were very nice. However, I was quoted $2700 for some extensive suspension work to address a popping noise. I was skeptical of this as I had a lot of suspension work already done this year. I took it to another mechanic and all that was wrong was a bolt that had loosened. $100 to fix. At best they made a major mistake, at worst this is another mechanic shop to not trust. Unfortunate as I was hoping to find a reputable, go to place.

Had my frankenstein e36 m3 in for a ac recharge. So happy they got it done. The car is pretty custom and I messed with a lot of it, so I'm glad they didn't turn me down. The turn around was quick as long as you make an appointment and the reception guy was very professional. Will recommend.

I went in for a simple oil change and emissions test/inspection. Little did I know it would cause a 'BARRAGE'.. of texts, emails and phone calls within the next TWO WEEKS!! Did I need additional service, a warranty, a checkup.. what else? A physical, an eye test, an enema? WTH is up with this place? Are y'all hard up for business, or what??? Finally, I decided to call them today to PLEASE request that they NOT contact me anymore via any method of correspondence. Otherwise, I would need to change my contact information, e.g. phone number. And... lo and behold, two hours later, I received a phone call from 'Heather' requesting a call back if I needed any additional service from Concourse! Now, is that being 'Helpful' or being 'Harassed'??? Look it up! 🤔
