I used their courtesy car service for the first time and found it to be an excellent extra touch that other auto repair providers do not offer.

If your check engine light is on or you fail an inspection... these guys can help. Don't hesitate or freak out. Just go see Concourse. They got my 2002 Toyota inspected without a super expensive repair. I can't recommend them enough. I now have 3 of their phone numbers, email and fax number in my cell. They are very honest and will save you money if they can. Communication was wonderful but most importantly, HONEST.

I was worried about the problem Barbara was having with her Yaris. Her cerpintine belt was screeching and it was troubling knowing what would happen if it was to break. Your technitian fixed it in a jiffy and I was on my way. Once again, Thank you!

Concourse has serviced first a 13 year old Chevy S10 pickup and now a 2010 Honda Accord for about five years (since I moved to Grapevine). I have always received honest answers and repairs to my vehicles and Jan, Jack, and now Eric, have always been friendly and courteous when I walk up to their counter. I would recommend everyone (kinda' broad) to allow Concourse employees to service your vehicles. I now call them my friends! (Good Job!!!).
