My neighbor first recommended Concourse and he drove from Flower Mound to get there. Brought my car in for very squeaky brakes and an oil change. Much to my surprise, the brakes still had 50% pads left, and that the last shop put on lower quality after market brake pads a long time ago. And now that I dont drive much, they make noise for the first few times I brake. So brakes are fine and they said to bring it back in 30,000 miles to look at them again. I appreciate the good common sense advise and no upsell. Can't beat that!

We are regular customers of Concourse Automotive. We are very appreciative of the quality service, at a reasonable price and the respect for the customer's time. We first came to them for our safety inspection which is always taken care of quickly. We started bringing our Hyundai to Concourse for regular maintenance because the Hyundai dealership was dishonest, took a longtime to complete work and overcharged. We continue to bring our cars to Concourse because of their great service and highly recommend them. These people care...they care about people and cars. I hope they are around for many, many years.

The usual great service

I walked in for the first time looking to get an oil change. The front desk lady said "I dont think we can do one." She dissappeared into the back and someone else came up and said "we can not do an oil change." I replied "ok...." He then said " I cant fit you in today" - it was 3:30pm on a Wednesday. I stood there for a minute giving him the opportunity to gain my business by offering to do it at a later date, but they did not. It's such a convenient location being next door to where I just started working. Too bad they just lost any and all future business of mine.

So sorry for your experience. We at Concourse always try to go the extra mile, however, there are times we are unable to accommodate. Being Wednesday after a holiday, we did not have the availability to assist you. We have the ability to schedule appointments online to better assist our busy customers.
