I walked in for the first time looking to get an oil change. The front desk lady said "I dont think we can do one." She dissappeared into the back and someone else came up and said "we can not do an oil change." I replied "ok...." He then said " I cant fit you in today" - it was 3:30pm on a Wednesday. I stood there for a minute giving him the opportunity to gain my business by offering to do it at a later date, but they did not. It's such a convenient location being next door to where I just started working. Too bad they just lost any and all future business of mine.
So sorry for your experience. We at Concourse always try to go the extra mile, however, there are times we are unable to accommodate. Being Wednesday after a holiday, we did not have the availability to assist you. We have the ability to schedule appointments online to better assist our busy customers.
