When the brake was applied on our 2007 Chrysler 300 Touring automobile, the steering wheel wiggled. It increasingly became worse, so I talked to Jack about it. He said my rotors and brake shoes were causing the problem. Sure enough, once replaced the brakes are much better and the wiggle is gone.

We have used Concourse Automotive for almost 10 years, and they are the best. They are so honest and will never try to "sell" you services you don't need. My kids bring their cars in, on their own, and Concourse is great with them. They all go to school out of state. So each summer they bring their cars in for a "will this get me to school and be safe" inspection. I rely on Concourse every year to make sure my kids are safe on the road.

Fast service with really friendly, straightforward folks. My cars feel great after a Number of repairs.

I first tried Concourse Auto when it opened in 1987, only a half mile from my house. Jack and Jan have been taking care of all my cars ever since. Always honest, friendly, competent, timely service. Now my son relies on them too.

My neighbor first recommended Concourse and he drove from Flower Mound to get there. Brought my car in for very squeaky brakes and an oil change. Much to my surprise, the brakes still had 50% pads left, and that the last shop put on lower quality after market brake pads a long time ago. And now that I dont drive much, they make noise for the first few times I brake. So brakes are fine and they said to bring it back in 30,000 miles to look at them again. I appreciate the good common sense advise and no upsell. Can't beat that!
