Second time I've taken a vehicle in my household and have left more than satisfied. I arrived on a hot Friday afternoon before closing looking to set an appointment for the upcoming week to fix my AC which just went out. A technician not only looked at my vehicle but was kind enough to repair it so that I didn't have to drive through the weekend with no AC. Very professional

When the brake was applied on our 2007 Chrysler 300 Touring automobile, the steering wheel wiggled. It increasingly became worse, so I talked to Jack about it. He said my rotors and brake shoes were causing the problem. Sure enough, once replaced the brakes are much better and the wiggle is gone.
