It was my first time using this company for an auto repair. Concourse was rated highly by a number of neighbors on NEXT DOOR site, who had taken their vehicles here for over 15 years! Everyone in the office was professional from the moment I called. I was given a written estimate and then agreed to the work. Parts were ordered and arrived the next morning. The work was completed that day. ($242 for a little over 2 hours labor and $292 for parts to replace a power steering pressure hose and inlet 0-ring. Plus a retest for other leaks) Parts arrived the next morning and work was completed that day. Owner suggested I return in 500 miles to recheck what was repaired. Another waiting for his auto repair told me he's been going to Concourse Automotive over 20 years. I would recommend this place to others!!

I think everyone with a vehicle can agree that finding a repair shop you have confidence in is huge. Concourse has exceeded my expectations every time I"ve needed work on my 06 Acura. Work done right the first time at a reasonable price and genuinely nice people. These guys have customer service figured out.
