Grapevine Auto Repair

We moved to the DFW area last year and after checking reviews, decided on Concourse. We were not disappointed! We had our inspections done there last year and again this year and I totally trust this place. I told them I wasn’t sure if I was due for an oil change as well, and they determined I was good for a few thousand more miles. They let me know what I would need in the near future but didn’t sock me for these items during my inspection. They’re are much closer places to our home we could go to, but we’re willing to drive the extra distance for honest, reliable service.

Very nice staff, informative, honest and I would definitely recommend Concourse Automotive. Any time you try a new place it can cause some anxiety because you never know what will happen or what kind (honest & trustworthy or just out for your money) of people you will encounter. The staff here was not only friendly but knowledgeable and not trying to scare me into additional services I don't need. They recommended additional services for the future that I appreciate.

After reading many reviews on Google, I came across this place with others raving about it. I can say I was not disappointed. Being new to Texas and the Grapevine area, I was looking just to get my car inspected. Took less than 15 mins and was cheaper than many other places around. All the workers were so friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back here for any future car inspections or repairs!

We are visiting family and traveled to the area from over 1500 miles away in the June heat. On the trip out, our AC stopped working and the idea of the long trip home with no AC sent me scrambling to find someone to fix it. Jason very nicely told me he would do his best to work us in to a packed schedule on a Friday. My teenage son took the car in and within minutes texted me to say they had it in the shop. Within an hour they had it fixed for a very reasonable price. I was very pleased with the service and the price - they went above and beyond for us.
