What a great find! Nothing other than maintenance done on our Hondas for a long time because they haven't had problems. Had no idea where to go. Concourse was recommended by another company that I called. This was late Monday afternoon. Jack took my information over the phone and told me the car could be fixed the next day. He gave me the name of a tow company and suggested that I check with my insurance because it might be included in my policy. It was which I wasn't aware of. The car was towed to Concourse late Monday afternoon. I got a written estimate that afternoon. The car was ready to be picked up by 11:30 the next morning which worked great with my schedule. Among the other repairs which were what we expected, they found that the power steering fluid was way too low and the level would have to be checked regularly and added to in order to avoid expensive repairs. This is a car my son drives and neither of us had any idea how to check the levels. They went outside and showed him and gave him a bottle of the fluid they used to make sure we used the right kind. Should be have any other issues we will definitely go back!

They made things simple. Good communication on what they suggested needed to be done based on the car mileage an their inspection. The timing for the repairs was as agreed. Very friendly and professional.

My 78 Year old mother broke down in Addison. I live in Oklahoma and my daughter lives in Grapevine. I needed someone to fix her car that we could trust. We had it towed to Grapevine. Not only did they get right on it, they gave my mom a ride to my daughters and picked her up when car was ready. My mom was happy and she is not always easily pleased. The cost was a little more than we expected but my husband and I are still living in the 1980s when it comes to auto repair.😁 I really appreciate the way my mom was treated and from now on we will send her to Jack at Concourse!

My daughters A/C went out and I sent her to the auto shop I’ve been going to for years; I won’t name any names, but their marquee out front says “...they love their neighbors.” Long story short, they were undeservedly disrespectful and insulting, so my daughter and her boyfriend handled business and went to “Concourse Automotive” where they were informative, completely professional, and kind... and they completed the repair same day!
