The team at Concourse is kind, professional, honest, and knowledgeable. I appreciate their expertise and thorough explanations of items to monitor and/or repair. We’re newer to the area and about to add our second car under their care, and plan to stay for a long time!

They haven't tried to upsell me or trick me into work I don't need. And being able to make an appointment for things like oil changes and state inspections is very convenient.

We moved to the DFW area last year and after checking reviews, decided on Concourse. We were not disappointed! We had our inspections done there last year and again this year and I totally trust this place. I told them I wasn’t sure if I was due for an oil change as well, and they determined I was good for a few thousand more miles. They let me know what I would need in the near future but didn’t sock me for these items during my inspection. They’re are much closer places to our home we could go to, but we’re willing to drive the extra distance for honest, reliable service.

Very nice staff, informative, honest and I would definitely recommend Concourse Automotive. Any time you try a new place it can cause some anxiety because you never know what will happen or what kind (honest & trustworthy or just out for your money) of people you will encounter. The staff here was not only friendly but knowledgeable and not trying to scare me into additional services I don't need. They recommended additional services for the future that I appreciate.
