Visited Concourse Auto the first time this week. Took in a 2004 Infiniti G35 with some battery or electrical issues, and the staff couldn't have been more friendly and easy-going. They ran some tests and confirmed it was a battery problem, talked me through their diagnostic and my options, and had the repair done in the timeline communicated. Very pleasant experience and will use them again.
