All I came for was an inspection but was impressed by how clean the whole space was even the bathrooms. The assistance I received at the front desk was also so sincere and sweet. I’m sure their actual automotive work is great too!

I've been a customer for a few years now. Concourse has provided me with solid service along the way. On one occasion, they saved a long road trip by repairing my dead vehicle on a quick turnaround. The whole staff is easy to talk to and Jose in particular is great. When they fall short they do acknowledge and correct it or compensate in some other way. Meanwhile, they try to keep very good communication.
