Concourse did a pre-purchase inspection on our 2108 Murano (with only 11,500 miles, mind you) and found a damaged front end component that we would not have known about until it was way too late. They provided all the documentation needed to take to the dealership and they put things right. A great investment that anyone considering purchasing a used vehicle should make!

I made an appointment for a vehicle.check prior to a family road trip. Everyone there was friendly. The waiting area was comfortable. Most importantly, I was very reassured by the interaction with the staff. I was not upsold and they told me my car was in great condition. This was my first visit to Concourse. After this visit, I will bring my car here for any servicing it may need.
