5 stars hands down. I had my suspension “repaired” after being run off the road at multiple shops, only to still have popping noises and a terrible sway while driving. I brought my car to Concourse after a friend told me his dad won’t take his car anywhere else. I now understand why. Sean was amazing from the start. He was honest through the repair process and I wasn’t upsold at any time. The parts were supposed to arrive the next business day after dropping my car off, but they ended up arriving the same day and I was driving my car less than 24 hours after dropping it off! And the best part - they finally fixed my suspension. The car drives like it did before my incident. This shop was pricey compared to other places, but they fixed my problem and I spent thousands of unnecessary dollars at other shops. Worth every penny, and I will be back! Thank you Sean and the Concourse team. You’ve earned my business.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. We have spent $3000 with Concourse to repair the a/c system in my 2003 Tahoe over a 9 month period only for Concourse to now tell us the part that is broken is something they won’t repair/replace. Unless you are looking for a way to waste tons of money I would stay as far away from this shop as possible.

We have paid $3000+ to fix air conditioning. Told today (after 9 months of back and forth) that the part that needs replaced they can’t take care of.

Very pleased with my experience. Sean, the service advisor, gave me an accurate assessment of the problem, and called me to confirm service necessary and the price. The technician fixed the problem, and also gave me a good overall assessment of my car’s condition and how to keep it longer. I will bring Concourse all my vehicles’ mechanical problems in the future.

After reading rave reviews about the service and quality of work, I decided to give Concourse a try. Every person I dealt with on the phone and in person was friendly, respectful, and really listened to me. They finally figured out the “clunk” was a brake problem, and did a great and thorough job. I have recommended them to others, and everyone is very happy with them. It’s wonderful to have a company right here in Grapevine, that is so dependable. No more Ford dealer visits for us!
