Great experience! My friend has been coming to Concourse for over 20 years and says she’s always treated professionally, fairly and kindly. So on her recommendation I made an appointment for an oil change and inspection. Unfortunately, I had to reschedule and called 10 minutes before my appointment time. No problem. Concourse accommodated my request to come in an hour later. At my last service at the dealership where I’ve been taking my car since I purchased it, the service tech had warned me that I would need brake work soon. Concourse confirmed the brake work, but also explained that there were things that could wait. I felt that they were honest and didn’t try to oversell work I didn’t need yet. They also suggested I check my records to see when the last maintenance was done, so I wasn’t spending money on unnecessary work. To sum up my experience, I have abandoned the dealership service shop and will definitely be returning to Concourse.

This place is awesome! Brought my car in because I had an oil leak and they fixed the problem within 15 minutes. Highly impressed with the service and people! Would highly recommend!!

They fixed my Air Conditioning and stopped the leak in my Transmission. They explained all repairs to us completely. I have already made an appointment for my second car.

As always, prompt and friendly service and very competent work. I have two old vans that are used for business and will be quite expensive to replace. Concourse keeps them safe and on the road. Very satisfied.
